Why we built this

I'm Nikunj, founder of Brisknodes. I've spent the last five years inside Shopify admin with agency teams — and the tagging problem never went away. Orders stacked up. Rules lived in a spreadsheet. Every “automation” app either charged more as sales grew or made fixing old data a bill shock.

We built TagFlow so a merchant can describe a rule in plain English, or pick a template, and have it run on new orders and history — without a developer and without a surprise invoice. Metered by actions. Price before you backdate. Free tier on every plan.

Each credit tags one existing order, product, or customer. Founding merchants get a one-time credit of 1,000 records. Beyond that, backdating is billed in blocks of 1,000 at plan rates ($8 / $6 / $5 per 1k). You always see the exact cost and confirm before it runs.

Yes. Send a screenshot or CSV export of your existing rules. We rebuild them in TagFlow, share a preview, and only go live after you confirm.
We implement Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (data request, customer redaction, shop redaction). We store order IDs, tags, and rule definitions — not customer PII beyond what tagging requires. Only your typed rule description is ever sent to the AI provider; store data is never used for training.
